Para los casos de reclamaciones o devoluciones del producto el cliente tendr\u00e1 que enviar una foto con las posibles incidencias relativas al producto en mal estado al email de contacto que aparece en las presentes condiciones generales de compra y se proceder\u00e1 a devoluci\u00f3n del importe abonado por el mismo m\u00e9todo en el que realiz\u00f3 el pago. En este caso, el tiempo de devoluci\u00f3n depender\u00e1 de la entidad bancaria, siendo aproximadamente en los siguiente 14 d\u00edas despu\u00e9s de realizar la reclamaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En Rosabor, tenemos un gran compromiso con la calidad y la frescura de nuestros productos, pero en el caso de que se diese dicha situaci\u00f3n, tenemos a la disposici\u00f3n de los clientes un n\u00famero de tel\u00e9fono al que poder llamar o escribir WhatsApp, con el fin de darle soluci\u00f3n a este tipo de problemas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el caso de que, o bien por el transporte o por cualquier error el producto no fuese optimo, se proceder\u00eda a la devoluci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica integra del producto o al envi\u00f3 de una nueva cesta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para cualquier duda m\u00e1s o aclaraci\u00f3n, de c\u00f3mo funciona Rosabor, puedes ponerte en contacto con nosotros, estaremos encantados de atenderte.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 14px;\">DISPONIBILIDAD DE LOS PRODUCTOS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Si se producen incidencias en cuanto a su suministro o si no quedan productos en existencia, el cliente ser\u00e1 informado inmediatamente y se proceder\u00e1 al reembolso del importe del producto o productos. La Empresa reembolsar\u00e1 el importe correspondiente sin demoras indebidas y, en cualquier caso, antes de que hayan transcurrido 14 d\u00edas naturales. El reembolso se realizar\u00e1 por el mismo medio de pago con el que se abon\u00f3. Durante la temporada, desde diciembre hasta mayo (ambos incluidos) se garantiza el suministro de los productos. En los meses restantes, se encontrar\u00e1 deshabilitado el proceso de compra.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 14px;\">GARANT\u00cdA DE LOS PRODUCTOS ADQUIRIDO <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">La garant\u00eda ofrecida es la que se establece en el Real Decreto Legislativo 1\/2007, de 16 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios.
